Invalid [RN8][21.04.14] Cannot open APN settings for SIM

From a few reports in the weekly some users on different devices nothing happens when trying to open the APN settings. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix or diagnose the issue?

Thanks for the clarification, I must have missed it. Hopefully big Xiaomi will fix it at some point.

If it's a possibility, would be nice to know if you're able to reproduce the issue on China ROM.

Unfortunately I am unable to test it, hopefully some else might be able to.
