Roaming Problem In Serbia

Xiaomi Redmi3 Pro
Android version: 5.1.1 LMY47V
MIUI: MIUI 8 Global 7.1.12 Beta

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the roaming of my Xiaomi Redmi3 Pro.

I'm Italian and my phone is configured with
SIM 1: operator Italian Wind (personal)
SIM 2: operator Italian Tim (company)

Currently I'm in Serbia
SIM 1: impossible to connect to any network
SIM 2: correctly connected in roaming to Serbian Telenor

I had try both automatic and manual configuration for the SIM 1 network.
When I'm manually searching for avaiable network each network had message "Access denied" and isen't selectable.
When I do automatic choice of network the error messagge is "Impossible to connect to this network now. Try again later" and the system restart looping.

Any suggestion to solve my problem?

I want to specify than with my previous phone (OnePlus One with Cyanogen) I haven't problem... the same SIM was connected to any serbian network when I was in Serbia
