Hello guys my device s12 ultra i recovery it ( xiaomi.eu_multi_THOR_V13.0.10.0.SLACNXM_v13-12)
by twrp 3.6.2 when i upload rom file and flash it the device stock in twrp not get in system pllzz help how can i get out from twrp loop

you didnt tell us the deatails what you did and so I only can guess the root cause of the issue

Do I have to format (not wipe) Data in TWRP
You have to format (not wipe) data in TWRP
- if you install the xiaomi.eu rom for the first time
- if you change from weekly to stable (recommended)
- if you change from stable to weekly (recommended)
- you will loose your data -> make a backup
