No it probably won't pass without doing a few things. These are the steps I follow to ensure banking apps and Google Pay will work and Safety Net is passed.
Hope this all helps.
- Install Magisk as normal.
- Use Magisk Hide on all banking and most Google apps (GPay, Play Services etc).
- Clear the app caches of GPay, Play Services etc.
- Flash safety-net-fix-v 1. 1.1.zip* (or whatever is newest), using Magisk. This zip is available here https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix/releases
- Flash Magisk-Hide-Props-Configure module in Magisk (find this module in the Magisk module library).
- GPay should now be available to use for payment and safety net should pass.
