Screenshot from Banking apps

Hey everyone,

I am unable to take screenshots on my Xiaomi Mi11 Venus. I tried the following:

1- Finger gesture - Didn't work!
2- Tried "take screenshot" with Google assistant - took a blank/black screenshot
3- Screenshot option in the slide down from top menu - Didn't work

I also can't find any option to turn off the security or to allow screenshots on banking apps. I would appreciate any help.

Most banking apps don't allow you to take screenshots so I don't see the problem here

if you use online banking via app, you can check the settings to see if it supports the screenshot function.
