Is there someone with dev 6.4.9+ who can confirm that shell process issue has been solved?

I think it's a problem of the system. I've installed all the updates from 6.4.14 till 6.5.12 and no one of them produced the shell problem. A factory reset could solve it.

No, Factory reset doesn't solve. I have this bug after factory reset; I re-download the rom and do another factory reset, bug is always there.
