Show navigation keys permanently in specific apps

Hi everyone,

I have a Mi 10 on the 12.0.8.0 stable and I want to know if there's a way to see the navigation keys permanently in specific apps. I have apps that hide them automatically and I don't know how to turn that off. I remember having the option in Miui 11, but I can't remember where it was.

Settings > Additional settings > Full screen display > Automatically disable navigation buttons

This doesn't work though. I still have to swipe up to see the navigation buttons.
