Hi all!

On my Mi4c version of the build 7.3.4 was installed.
I write a message in Russian, I send it, the recipient receives an empty message. Upgrading to build version 7.3.20 did not change anything.
In the attachment, screenshots of the sent SMS from one of my SIM cards to another. This is the same as if I sent a text message to someone else.

Disable GSM alphabet in SMS settings

This option was disable when i test this. And then i tried to enable GSM alphabet - nothing is changed.

P.S. I did not understand what was happening, but I messed it up again - the SMS came as it should. I did not change any settings. Let's see what will happen next

This bug is confirmed also on ido and gemini (all latest stables). But thanks to @dimasusl we have a working fix:

If 'Use GSM alphabet' is disabled, one needs just to enable and then disable it. After this messages are sent with right encoding.

Routine that worked for me both on ido and gemini:
1. Enable 'Use GSM alphabet'.
2. Send cyrillic SMS (no text appear for recipient) [I think this step is redundant]
3. Disable 'Use GSM alphabet'. Now all SMS sent with cyrillic text are received normally.

Also I think this fix should be added to FAQ, or at least some known bugs list.
