Sms Error - Not Receiving Sms

Hello guys! I am new here and i have a pretty big problem. I bought 3x Redmi Note 3 from eTotalk and all of them have 77.0.19.0. MIUI which can't receive SMS.

Sending is ok, but recieving is NOT. That's the only problem. Contacted eTotalk and they sent me good ROM but i can't flash due to locked bootloader (gives me BROM Error 6045).

Now i can't even get it updated to 7.0.22. or developer mode. Updater just crashes.... nothing helps, i tried everything.

Pleeeasee help me out.

Hi. I did try and it didn't work!

Last night i succeeded installing developer ROM 5.12.24.
Etotalk sent me another version of SP flash tool 5.1532 India, which worked like a charm.

If this helps somebody, here it is!!!!!!
