Hello, after 1 year of tribulations in the use of my redmi 7a miu11 which had the problem with the proximity sensor and did not allow me to phone correctly i have successful the problem once and for all;
i unlocked the bootloader and installed the miui 12 (last possible for the redmi 7a);
in addition to solving this problem with the miui 12, another problem has also solved that after a certain period of use the phone alerted me on the little available space (without having installed anything than usually)
now the phone is working excellently
