New (Solved) Cannot lock apps in apps menu

Version: 14.0.4.0
Issue: cannot lock apps in appsmenu. When tapping and holding an app in the appsmenu, the rom freezes. Now you cannot lock apps when clearing cache. Kiwi is already locked from previous version (I updated the ROM, not a clean/fresh install).
