SOLVED | Do i have to always update the TWRP version?

I am using Redmi K60 (Mondrian) and have installed the TWRP on my phone. Do I need to keep updating TWRP to the latest version?

And I would like to know if there is a new update for the TWRP, can I just use back the installed TWRP to update it? Or do I have to go through it again the installing TWRP by using PC?

I have no idea what version you have. The current version of TWRP for your model is twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.7_A13-mondrian-skkk.img
If your current TWRP can see the storage, you can update the recovery in TWRP.
If TWRP doesn't see the storage, use PC installation.

What about when there is an android version update? I am running the latest version of TWRP for Ishtar for A13 and not sure if I should update twrp before or after the upcoming A14 update in a way that doesn't require using fastboot on pc. I am afraid of issues with version mismatch causing encryption problems.
