Some questions as a potential MI 8 SE buyer...

Hi,I want to buy a Mi 8 SE,but I've not had a xiaomi phone since the Mi Note Pro,and some things changed since then,so I have some questions.

1:There's already a TWRP in english for Mi 8 SE? Could anyone please give me a link?

2:I've heard a lot of scary things about rollback protection,locked bootloaders and permanent bricks,if I tell the seller to give me a phone with unlocked bootloader I will be able to install the latest xiaomi.eu rom without getting a brick? What is this thing about special cables that I've been hearing about? Can I use a regular USB-C cable to load the roms and such?

3:If I want to be completely sure that my bootloader is unlocked and I try to run the xiaomi unlock app anyway that could lead to a brick? Or it would just tell me that it's already unlocked?

There's anything else I should know as a future Mi 8 SE owner? Please give me all the advice you can,thanks.

Hello !

2 - If your phone is unlocked when you recieve it, you can install the EU rom without a risk to brick your phone. I have used a regular usb-c câble and i had no problem.
