Some Questions Concerning Roms

Hello guys,
I want to ask some questions concerning ROMs.

I am currently using xiaomi.eu dev rom. I want to make Chinese theme store work on my rom so there is this guide I wanna try. It requires me to flash the China dev rom from miui.com.

My questions are..
- can my bootloader be accidentally locked again after flashing china dev rom? (my device is Mi Note)
- my current recovery is TWRP. Will it be replaced with mi recovery after flashing china dev rom?
