hi. your link is for global stable. xiaomi.eu is built on china stable and that is still on 8.1.1.0. http://en.miui.com/extra.php?mod=rom/download&r=298&mobile=no#433
If you want more updates change to weeklys.

Ok that's why i post this.

I am owner of a redmi note 3 pro (kenzo) and as i know (i could be wrong) , except now, the stable, as possible, where based on global.

About the ido, my son is a owner of one, and i though that the Last oficial rom, in this case the global 8.2, where the base to a xiaomi.eu rom.

as i already told you nobody in this forum knows. you have to ask xiaomi in their official forum. but the answer is most likely never.
and pls weite english and dont use capslock. wont make anybody respond earlier if you shout....
