Hey guys,

I finally got the unlock for my redmi 3 pro. I unlocked the bootloader and am trying to instlall twrp atm.
Im trying to do this through ADB. Most guides tell me to write adb reboot bootloader, but it then says 'reboot bootloader is disabled'. If instead i try to reboot to fastboot i can install twrp, but after a reboot nothing has changed.

Any tips on getting twrp installed?

Try to install twrp from twrp as image file. This command from ADB: fastboot boot twrpxxx.img and after rebooting the phone into twrp mode flash twrp as rom. As Recovery partition.

Other way, install flashify and inside the app download and install twrp, that's the way i did it

Im indeed several steps further now. It turns out the whole ADB functionality wasnt doin s**t. I installed TWRP manager and flashed twrp through that. It worked perfectly. I am not in the process of actually installing the rom through twrp.
