Swipe To Unlock Does Not Work Sometimes

Hi.

Sometimes after the phone screen is off I press the power button and the lock screen is not responsive. I can't swipe to unlock. When this happens I need to hit the power again 2 times and try again and then it works fine. I'm on weekly 6.1.28. Does this happen to someone else and do you know how to fix it?
