Switch To Stable And Backup

Hi everybody, i have some doubts as to how backup my data for a downgrade. I have a Redmi 1s with a weekly rom (6.11.3) and i want to switch to Stable. I don't want to lose my data, apps and settings. I understand i have to go for a full wipe, but what's the best way to backup all the data?

i can't use miui pc suite for the backup, the software won't recognize the device

You can use some professional data backup programs to backup your phone.
Titanium backup requires root of the phone. And you can also use some cloud backup services for data backup. For me, the easiest way is to backup the data to pc with some direct backup tools, airdroid, android file transfer program .
