"System launcher has stopped" Redmi 6 pro MIUI Global 9.6

System launcher has stopped on my Redmi 6 pro Miui Global 9.6, I try uninstalling updates but botton is disable. I cannot open any folders on phone, no access to tools. ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX IT ???
