New Tethering Doesn't Work If Sim Is In Slot 1

I'm facing a strange issue with my new Redmi note 5 (9.5.6.0 OEIMIFA)

When I put my SIM card in slot 1, tethering doesn't work. My laptot can connect to Wifi hospot, but without Internet access.
When I put my SIM card in slot 2, tethering works as expected.

I have another carrier SIM card. With this sim card, tethering works as expected in slot 1.

This is quite annoying because I can't use a memory card, as it uses slot 2.

Do you have an idea ?
