Trwp To Be Installed

Hi guys,

i'm trying to install trwp on my phone but it's not working, i'm using fastboot (see below) :

It look like the bootloader is installed, but i can't reach it by pressing the Vol+ and power when the phone is shut off, i try to send TRWP 3.1.1 on my phone, can you tell me what is wrong please?

No at the moment my rom is 7.2.9 and i had TRWP 2.8.1 installed

s**t, i just noticed it's because i had use the wrong version of TRWP (not libra), now it's working
