Trying to update Poco F3 to 13.0.9 through recovery, but my latest TWRP version is in Chinese

I want to update my phone, Poco F3, from 13.0.5 to 13.0.9 through TWRP recovery, but the latest TWRP alioth version (twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.8_A13-alioth-skkk.img) is in Chinese. What is the last version that has TWRP in English?
