After the flash, I enter in TWRP then in system and then return the stock recovery. Can anyone help with a proper TWRP?
If you didn't install Xiaomi.eu ROM, that's a normal behavior to lose TWRP after a reboot to system. ;)

You have to patch "vbmeta" partition of your device if you want to keep TWRP in the recovery partition. :)

If installing EU.ROM solves the problem I will do it. Do I need to further patch "vbmeta"?
Sorry for the stupid questions.

EU.ROMs already include a patched vbmeta for your device (flashed during installation). ;)
