Invalid Unable to disable proximity sensor

Bug:
Unable to disable proximity sensor, missing feature

Issue:
My Phone locks screen each time i start a call or play an audio from Whatsapp/telegram unless i use headphones
The cause is the Proximity sensor, broken: always returns 0 as distance from sensor tests
So i want to disable Proximity sensor, i found the instructions to disable it are:
Settings - Apps - System App Settings - Call Settings - Incoming Call Settings - Proximity Sensor
as also shown here

however when i follow this my phone lack this option as show in attachments (phone screenshot)
It's italian on the attachments i'll do a quick translate just in case:
the first option is "Flip to silence ringer"
second option is "Quiet ringer when flipped"
third option is "Increasing ringtone volume"
fourth and last option is "Flash when ringing"

options for "Proximity sensor" nor "Mute first ring" are not present
