Invalid Unknow system files

I don't know what to do as seen in the attachment there is unknow file system occupied almost 94 GB.
I am using EU beta version in mi 11 lite 5g

Try DiskUsage, it helps you locate folders that use your storage.

Should I factory reset my mobile
