Invalid Unlock with Bluetooth device does not show all found devices

Hello I'm on Mi9 20.6.18 (but not started from this version, probably never worked)

The function security > unlock with Bluetooth device, does not show all devices (like the Google default does on other devices)

IE. I want to unlock with my car Bluetooth handset, but it is never shown in the list when searching while my girlfriend Mi band 4 is shown

Is there a way to fix? How can I help you to get it sorted?

MIUI only supports "trusted" devices defined by Xiaomi.

Too bad that Xiaomi does not even classify the Mi Watch as a trustworthy device.
Apparently this only works with amazfit devices.

This is also breaking the stock Google Android smart lock feature (not found in settings, but show when some app call the intent like WearOS)

Hoping in a 3rd party patch
