update from miui12 to miui13

Hello, i have 2 questions for updating my phone. My current version is xiaomi.eu 12.5.9 RKFMIXM :

1- Is the 13.0.12.0.SKFMIXM the right file ?
2- Do i need to wipe data for updating to this miui 13 ?
