Updates on Xiaomi.EU?

Thinking about flashing xiaomi.eu to my mi 11 ultra (when I get it), but was wondering how updates work?

Do I have to wipe the device every time I want to update? Or will it be as smooth as official ROM updates?

It's not smooth as the official update but you don't nee to wipe anytime update is available..

Okay so if twrp is available then I download the file to my device and reboot into recovery and update? And I keep my files I don't have to wipe?

And if twrp is not available it's the same thing I just need to plug into a pc and update there?

Yeah, it's the idea. ^^
You have to boot your phone in "Fastboot" mode and have to run the "update" installation script on your PC (and NOT the "first_install" script).
