Updating official global rom on Chinese version

We all know xiaomi announced that xiaomi phones for chinese market. Cant use miui 10 with global rom, and global phones to flash Chinese rom, once you flash it you wont be able to roll back an older version and you will brick your phone. And mi note 3 is not official sold in EU or worldwide.
So what will happen with our beloved devices after xiaomi roll out miui 10
I currently use miui global 9.6.2.0 stable and with locked bootloader

These restrictions are present on some Xiaomi devices that are announced in 2018. This is not affecting our phone (thank God). You will receive a notification when a global stable rom is released - it should be released this month.

if they want to ban it for the mi note 3 then they wouldnt released miui 10 global on it. Think before you post
