Upgrade To Oreo

Hi guys,

my Mix-2 was sent to Xiaomi due to a display issue, so I did not have it here until yesterday.

My latest TWRP Backup was from 11/2017. So I used Iceman's recovery (3.2.1) to restore this backup. After a bit of fussing around with the login code (it wouldn't let me through even though I had the original PIN) I was back in my 2017-11 system.

Now I wanted to upgrade to Oreo and manually flashed the 8.1.25 over this system. It worked out, but bluetooth would not. Every time the phone starts it would say "Bluetooth has stopped". This repeats when I try to activate Bluetooth from the (quick-)Settings.

So I tried going from my backup to the 7.12.21 which worked fine and from here upgrading to 8.1.25.

No luck - still "Bluetooth has stopped". It's like the driver went crazy.

If I installed 8.1.25 with a clear flash however, it works. The thing is, I use a second space profile which is very hard to restore on a wiped phone. I would love to simply upgrade from zip to zip without the hard way of wipe and Titanium Backup.

Any suggestions on "Bluetooth has stopped" issue with Oreo?

Thanks!
