New VEUX - 13.0.1 Stable - "Glow" charging animation displays a static placeholder

My Redmi Note 11E Pro, when changing the charge animation to glow, it shows nothing but a lightning background. The battery percentage and "mi turbo charge" can still be seen faintly
Although I'm not on latest version, I doubt this bug is still there in 13.0.4

And yes, not just they didn't fix that in 13.0.4 but also it changed my device name from "11 pro 5G" to "11E Pro"

The device name is normal, it shouldn't affect anything (e.g. SafetyNet or Voice Match).

Anyway, is Mi Smart Hub now baked into system ui? Because now I can't disable it.

You can't disable it, but you can hide it from Control center:
Settings -> Notifications & Control center -> Additional cards -> Mi Smart Hub
