Video Call Audio Problem. Others can't listen to what we say. Extremely distorted voice. RMN10Pro Latest Global Official ROM.
We bought 2x brand new Redmi Note 10 Pro in Pakistan, they had the problem from day 1, out of the box. Audio calls are fine but when any sort of video call is made, especially Whatsapp, the receiver at the other end can't understand a thing, it is very frustrating. We installed the latest official updates on both phones (currently: MIUI Global 12.5.8 Stable), but the issue was not resolved. I wonder, the upcoming official MIUI 13 Android 12 update will fix the problem.
Does anyone know about the problem and its solution?
