New VoLTE not working on davinci

Hi, I am running 12.0.6.0 stable. I enabled volte in the settings but it is not working. I tried the same SIM with another phone and it worked. Also, in the global ROM, it works. And in phone info settings, VoLTE provisioned setting ss greyed out (cannot be checked or unchecked). Again, my carrier provider is not the problem. Thanks in advance.
