Volume Up Button Doesn't Work Properly

Hi, can someone help me with this issue on my device?
The volume up button doesn't work on the system, it just stopped working one day and i thought it was a hardware problem, so, i made the hardware test from Miui and its all okey, but when i press the button doesnt volume up, what can it be?
Exist some option to remap the buttons/deactivate or something that could be interfering with the
properly function??

Another one more with the same problem. I have MIUI 9.2.1.0 please, is there any solution?

So, looks like no one else have this issue, well i don't know if this counts as a "fix" but i made a "clean rom flash" and the button started to work again, i made the clean flash with the 8.0 Oreo rom for the mi5.
I hope this can work on any device that have this or a similar issue.
