what to do after installing updates?

i have mi 11 pro . eu rom stable
i noticed that i have updates , and i downloaded the update .
after installing the update with the twrp , wichh wipe should i do ?
will it be first the update installing and after that the wipeing?

No wipe needed, install ROM in TWRP and reboot.
