When making chinese miui english: How is it done?

Hi

Since MIUI don't officially port their ROM for Ascend p1 (Huawei U9200) anymore, a chinese developer has taken this into his own hands.

His releases is filled with chinese stuff. What do "MiuiAndroid.com" do with official chinese MIUI ROMs in order to make them "English"? Is it something I can do/learn without too much of a hassle?

The rom has english laguage, so thats not a problem.
I'm thinking about the chinese "market" app etc. Not pissibru to remove it from the phone when ROM is installed.
