How can you judge "high priority level" at EU rom?

Oh wow nice. So far works perfectly. Glad I took the time to start the unlocking process even though there was no rom until now.

I installed the above fastboot rom, but I cannot install the Chrome browser from the Play, just the beta version.
This rom contains the dialer app with recording function, but I am missing the top bar battery indicator from older MIUI.
Do we have to wait for the TWRP?
