Why Not Build-in Root Tweak In Weekly Release?

Who needs root, can install SuperSu.. Many users just don't need it.. Same as me..

You are right. but it is a build-in feature in offical weekly release and enable it just by one-click.
In xiaomi.eu's rom it is 3 step,
download supersu flash zip
reboot to recovery
flash it and reboot
