I have installed APW (Android Pro Widgets) and they have a facebook widget. The widget goes into resize mode, when scrolling down and then up to see the latest news.
I have tested the widgets on Apex and Nova launchers and they don't have the problem, so it must be a bug in the MIUI launcher.
I have used a Nexus S with MIUI 2.10.12
Reproducing steps:
Search for APW and install it.
Add the APW Facebook widget in 4x5 in size
Configure the facebook widget, so there are data in it.
Wait for it to be updated
Scroll down and up till the issue occur.
