Wifi problem

for the first boot after installing miui rom, wifi has joined to my wireless network correctly.
after rebooting, no wireless networks has detected at all.
other friends have the same problem on there phones with the same version.

HTC-HD2-T-Mobile
android version: 4.1.2 JZO54K
MIUI Version: 3.8.30

Need more information:
1. Model of your router.
2. What WiFi channel used?
3. 2.4 or 5 kHz ?

I figured it out why!!
wireless still working till I put the SIM card, after that, no wireless networks will be found, even if i removed the SIM.
