Wiped System Partition [mi4c]

Hi!
I accidentally wiped the system partition of my Mi4c while trying to restore factory settings. Now, xiaomi.eu roms won't boot (I get a Mi logo and after a few seconds the phone shuts down). How can I to restore my phone?

I have access to TWRP and my bootloader is unlocked.

If I try to flash an official rom from Xiaomi using MiPC suite I get an error saying "couldn't flash your device"

Yes, that's what I tried first. But when installing the latest rom I get the following messages from TWRP install log:

Installing MIUI update...

And when I try to boot normally all I get is a loop.
