Invalid [Xiaomi 12][MIUI 13] Network problem

When i install Youtube vanced and reset my phone.
Network reset again and again, then my phone restarts automatically.
It repeats again and again.
I try with V13.023, V13.0.25 and the lastest V13.0.28, but the problem is not solved.

Check if it still happens

Put on a new image but format data (you should know how to backup)

I don't think it's the ROM exactly.

Yes, it still happens when i remove vanced.
It was only resolved when i removed sim card.
When i update from V13.0.25 (without Vanced) to V13.0.28, the error appears too.
