Xiaomi 360 cant connect to my phone or wifi

So in the beginning of March, I bought a Xiaomi 360 which was working perfectly until yesterday. Yesterday the camera fell and started to record things in purple. I tried to reset to see if it would work, but after that the camera isn't able to connect with my phone or wifi
It keeps saying 'waiting for connection, scan the qr code', but there isn't any qr code in my phone. I tried to reset the camera and also delete and upload the app again and I still got nothing. The camera keeps saying the same thing and there is a yellow/orange light instead of the blue one.

In the app, the camera seems to be off (like it-s disconnected)

Can anybody help please?
