Xiaomi Mi6 With Miui 9 - App Incompatibility Problem

Hi,
We have an incidence reported with a user with a Mi6 device. He says that our app Cajasiete Report published in the Google Play is incompatible with his device.
In the manifest we are asking for <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.USE_FINGERPRINT"/>
Please, is there any known issue with this permission in your Mi6 device?
If not, is there any target sdk mandatory level with MiIU 9?
