Xiaomi transmitting data while Mobile data, WIFI & Bluetooth are turned OFF

Hi Guys,
I'm having a very strange issue with 2 Xiaomi devices, the Redmi 10 & Redmi Note 10.
Both devices are transmitting data while Mobile data, WIFI & Bluetooth are turned OFF.
This issue drains the battery and causes unnecessary radiation to the user.
I have demonstrated the issue in this video. I hope someone can help. Thanks!
