Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Battery Full / Battery Problem

Hey guys,

I have this weird situation. Suddenly vacuum stopped working.

1. In the app battery is at 100%
2. When I start cleaning, it makes a step forward and there is information that battery is critical, and it's powering off.

I tried factory reset, etc. the same problem exists.
I tested the battery with a multimeter and says it has ~15 volts.
