Hello . Is it possible to use xposed modules in mi3?

yes, with some restrictions.
- do not install xposed
- install wsm tools instead
- wsm has its own modules
- however you may install xposed modules, but not all xposed modules are guaranteed to work under wsm/miui
- mitools (the "gravitybox" of miui) won't fully work with miui 6 at the moment
