DHL Express International (Hong Kong)

DHL is our preferred and recommended shipping method, it takes approximately 3-7 business working days for you to receive your order the Xiaomi.eu Store. If speed is important to you then this method of delivery is the best option.

Shipped via Hong Kong DHL to all areas of Europe, USA and Canada.


SF International Standard & Express

SF International takes approximately 7-10 business working days for you to receive your order the Xiaomi.eu Store (Using express method) and up to 20 days for standard service. If speed is important to you then this method of delivery is the best option. SF International also combines shipping via NL Post for all battery type products. DHL is prohibited for battery products without MSDS certificates.

Customs Taxes

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Xiaomi.eu is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

Note:

  1. If you have any other shipping requirement, our customer services team will be happy to assist you. Send an email to support@xiaomi.eu for further help.
  2. Most of our orders are arranged for shipment one to two days after payment is confirmed, there may be a 1 working-day delay between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number because most of our orders are arranged for courier flight from Hong Kong. It may take 1 working day from our Shenzhen warehouse to Hong Kong.
  3. Our system will provide you a tracking number for the courier used after your order has been dispatched automatically so you won't need to ask us for the tracking details.
  4. You can track your order via the above official couriers website or logon to your account at xiaomi.eu/store to get the latest order status and tracking information.

Customs Liability

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered to you due to a Customs clearance issues, we will discuss with you about how to resolve the issue.

If goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is solely your responsibility. For example, if you decided to try to import an Android phone, but this technology is illegal or restricted due to local laws in the delivery destination country, that is your responsibility to know about before you order from our site.

If the delivery failed for that reason, we cannot offer any compensation, because as the importer it's your job to know about the local regulations. Another situation in which you must accept liability is where your country requires you to have a licence to import commercial goods: in this case, it is your responsibility to know about this before you place an order on our site and in the case of a failed delivery, we cannot offer any compensation.

As the importer you hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about imported goods delivered to you. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees, are your sole responsibility, as described in our terms and conditions. If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to Customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.
