MIUI ICS HD2 Chinese Roms

i found this roms for hd2 on this thread of miui.com that weekly updates

i installed & tested this roms and these are very smooth and bug free but there language is chinese
is there any language pack for this roms? or any way to use this roms in eng language?
why you don't translate this roms for HD2 users in eng and put in weekly updates?
