New Storage not working at all

Hey everyone!
I have a Redmi 10C and my storage does not work at all. I can't download anything - photos, updates, new apps because it says there is no sufficient storage space even though the internal storage currently has 13 GB free. Also when I add in an SD card it doesn't read anything from the SD card, and when I link it up to my laptop via USB everything shows up as empty.

Hey, I have the same issue with Redmi Note 12 and 32GB SD card. In storage overview, it shows that system is taking 126GB and apps remaining 34 GB. I'm lost and idk what to do. I don't want to do a factory reset.

Need help. Pls.

You can try DiskUsage on the Play store to find more precisely which folders use space.
